By using the site natali-borei.com, you accept these terms.
Products
All Natali Borei jewellery is original handmade work in a single edition. Photographs accurately represent the colour and texture of pieces.
Placing an order
- Payment is made via Stripe Checkout when you place the order.
- Items are reserved for about one hour until paid. If payment is not completed in time, the reservation expires and availability returns.
- Prices are shown in EUR or PLN as displayed on the site.
- After payment you receive order emails with a secret link. The link opens the order anytime while it remains in our records. You can also contact us with questions about it. There are no customer accounts.
- An order is processed once payment succeeds through Stripe.
Delivery
- Shipping within Europe is free.
- Outside Europe, shipping is a flat 50 EUR or 200 PLN, according to the currency of the order. The amount is added automatically at checkout and paid with the order.
- Customs duties and import taxes in the destination country, if charged, are paid by the buyer.
- Where available, parcels include tracking. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.
Returns & exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are not offered: each jewel is made in a single edition.
- Please review photos and the product description carefully before ordering.
Intellectual property
All photographs, texts, logo and site design are the property of Natali Borei. Copying without written permission is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
Natali Borei is not liable for delivery delays caused by third parties or force majeure.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Poland.
Changes to terms
We may amend these terms. The current version is always on this page.
